Heidi completed her undergrad and played collegiate golf at Carthage College (WI), and has a Master’s degree in Sports Studies – Sports Psychology – from Miami University (OH).

Heidi has been involved with First Tee since 2013. She is a Certified Chapter Trainer, First Tee Coach, and Els for Autism #GameON Golf instructor. She has coached at First Tee Life Skills and Leadership Academies (2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018) and at First Tee John Deere Drive Your Future Academy (2017 & 2018).

In 2019, Heidi became the Executive Director of First Tee – Aiken. Before that she served as Director of Programming for First Tee – Aiken,  and Program Director for First Tee – Monmouth & Ocean Counties (NJ).

In 2020, Kristy became the Director of Programming for First Tee – Aiken. She is a certified Golf Instructor and has prior experience working in the golf industry. Before her time with First Tee – Aiken, Kristy worked at The Reserve Club, a private country club in Aiken, S.C. Kristy is a Certified Chapter Trainer and First Tee Coach. She has coached at the Game Changers Academy (2023 & 2024).

In addition to her experience and expertise in the golf industry, Kristy served in Emergency Medical Services for 12 years. Seven of those years were spent as a Paramedic, providing care for people in our community.
