Heidi completed her undergrad and played collegiate golf at Carthage College (WI), and has a Master’s degree in Sports Studies – Sports Psychology – from Miami University (OH).

Heidi has been involved with First Tee since 2013. She is a Certified Chapter Trainer, First Tee Coach, and Els for Autism #GameON Golf instructor. She has coached at First Tee Life Skills and Leadership Academies (2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018) and at First Tee John Deere Drive Your Future Academy (2017 & 2018).

In 2019, Heidi became the Executive Director of First Tee – Aiken. Before that she served as Director of Programming for First Tee – Aiken,  and Program Director for First Tee – Monmouth & Ocean Counties (NJ).

In 2020, Kristy became the Director of Programming for First Tee – Aiken. She is a certified Golf Instructor and has prior experience working in the golf industry. Before her time with First Tee – Aiken, Kristy worked at The Reserve Club, a private country club in Aiken, S.C. Kristy is a Certified Chapter Trainer and First Tee Coach. She has coached at the Game Changers Academy (2023).

In addition to her experience and expertise in the golf industry, Kristy served in Emergency Medical Services for 12 years. Seven of those years were spent as a Paramedic, providing care for people in our community.
