PGA Opportunity League Overview:

Once again we are excited to announce that we are offering our PGA Opportunity League here at the First Tee – Aiken Free of charge from ages 10 to 13 years old for the fall of 2026! This will be a seven week class with optional playing opportunities happening during the Aiken County School Districts fall break.  

Classes will be twice a week, with classes taking place on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Tuesday’s classes will be an organized practice at the Chalkmine. Friday’s will be an organized play day on the course. Organized play will consist of captains choice, and Team Match play Captains choice. With the intention of being able to host inner class matches, and maybe some additional cross play between other teams in the area.

We are looking to partner with Old Barnwell to bring some of these Friday play days out to the Kids Course. Parents will be welcome to spectate on course days, and follow their kids around the course. Also we will offer an end of the year party for all participants as a wrap up to the season. We are excited for this opportunity and look forward to seeing you out on the course.
